By accessing or using VeriVid AI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.
2. Service Description
VeriVid AI provides AI video authenticity risk assessment. Our Service estimates the likelihood that a video may be AI-generated or manipulated using algorithmic analysis.
Important: Our results are probabilistic risk indicators, not definitive verdicts. They should not be used as sole evidence for legal, employment, or other consequential decisions.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Upload content you do not have rights to analyze
- Use results to make accusations without additional verification
- Circumvent rate limits or abuse the API
- Reverse engineer our detection methods
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
4. Limitation of Liability
VeriVid AI is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any decisions made based on our analysis results. Detection technology has inherent limitations and false positives/negatives may occur.
5. Data Handling
Uploaded videos are processed for analysis and deleted within 24 hours. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
